ABOUT ME

Welcome to my page. Many clients come to see me when they are struggling with past trauma; feelings of anxiety; anger; grief; and sadness. Perhaps you feel stuck in an unhealthy pattern that seems to keep repeating, or you're just trying to cope with the challenges that life sends your way. My name is Helen Whitehead, I am a Registered Clinical Counsellor and experienced therapist based in North Vancouver.  I help youth, adults, and couples navigate the path toward healing, clarity, healthy relationships, emotional wellness, and self-worth. I offer in-person counselling sessions in a centrally located office in North Vancouver and virtual online counselling or telephone counselling sessions for clients situated anywhere in British Columbia. I am committed to creating a safe, compassionate and non-judgmental space to welcome any challenges, insecurities, sadness or fears you may bring forward.
