In-person, online counselling, and telephone therapy services for individuals are appropriate for youth (aged 16 and up) and adults looking for support due to feelings of anxiety and depression; grief and bereavement, including pet loss; sexuality and LGBTQ+ issues; gender identity; feelings of disconnection; past experiences of trauma; and for strategies and coping skills to be able to meet life’s challenges and move forward with confidence. Sessions take place at a conveniently located office in North Vancouver with plenty of free parking. Outdoor walk and talk sessions available on request and are weather dependent. I am an official provider for the First Nations Health Authority and an ICBC approved vendor.
In-person and online counselling services for couples are appropriate for people seeking help with unhealthy patterns of communication; working through conflict; experiences of infidelity; the impact of ADHD, mental health challenges or trauma; reigniting relationships; and dealing with wider family issues. Queer and poly relationships welcome.
